"Charity begins at home is a popular proverb. I met Jeredyne 4 years ago. recently migrated to the UK with my family, had just given birth to my son, I met such a wonderful, kind-hearted, down to earth and caring lady at the right time and at the right place.
My family and I received the help and support such as clothes, food basket, toys for my kids, financial assistance and even support and guidance at my current workplace. This is when I realise there's a light at the end of the tunnel, when I was in the wilderness in the midst of everything after I had lost hope and felt discourage.
This lady helped me to persevere and push until something happened and to never give up... My family and I still today having continued support from Jeredyne, if am in any doubt I can still call and receive support.. For families who recently migrated to the UK I would definitely recommend; someone who's always have a listening ear you can count upon..

"Being part of the Chagossian/Mauritian community living in Crawley it is very hard to get help because you do not know which door to knock on for help; for our children’s schools, young adults looking for work, issues with avoiding illegal drugs, families issues, unpaid bills, domestic abuse, immigration issues, employment references etc.
I can say I am lucky to know Rivers LPC who is the only Charity that has be able to help during Covid pandemic and still do.
